115。前衝打球，往前傾的力量讓擊球更省力，前衝好像用腰使力打球。但看馬龍對波爾的影片，一記前傾突擊，我的雙眼一亮，原來上半身前傾，也可以製造前衝，太帥了吧 :)
116。超喜歡馬龍的打球方式，當今世界球王不是亂蓋的。從他的影片中，可以看見他中遠台擊球，非常像游自由式，我已經學到了。在游泳池中，我只會蛙式，游自由式一直是我的夢，就讓這個夢，在桌球上實現吧。
117。短球，不再用腰打，趕快往前跨，左腳或右腳站穩再打，不可手軟。
118。這陣子常打桌球，就發現得了足底筋膜炎，走路會很痛，下床第一步就開始痛。看了很多文章，都說得很有道理。首先，把鞋子換掉，換最不受壓力的鞋子，第二，可以不穿鞋，盡量不穿，包括拖鞋，第三，運動前，先用塑膠袋或礦泉水瓶子裝些熱水熱敷，第四，常赤腳做柔軟操等等，反正，了解就不用怕這個足底什麼炎的。(後記：林外科醫師說：立刻把球鞋換成氣墊鞋@@)
119。今天練習對打，突然想到，要看清楚對方來球的軌跡，及預測對方來球的軌跡，而不再是抓擊球點，我的揮拍應該是照著對方來球的軌跡揮拍，試了很久，真的可以耶，不再找擊球點，而是尋找對方來球的軌跡和自己揮拍軌跡的交會，用點力去掃來球的軌跡。
120。幾位教練都說，手臂自然伸直，今天看波爾的影片，發現他的手臂沒伸直，難怪我的手臂沒伸直，因為我都以波爾為主。似乎，前衝弧圈球才伸直，不是的話，如一般的弧圈球就讓手臂彎曲吧。
121。以前，我的加轉弧圈球都飛得很高，今天才知，是太慢打球。移位要快，才能讓球剛好過網，速度更快，更穩定。
122。打棒球時，揮棒速度要快。打桌球，應該也是吧，但揮拍姿勢要固定的話，移位就要快，身體才不會成為變形金鋼。
123。每一球都要加料，發力或磨擦或前傾或蹬腳，提高球的質和量。還要，預期球的路徑，低點過網。

128。現在揮拍較穩定了，開始給自己規定，正拍起板（發力距離）為25公分（約一支拍子長）。反拍起板為20公分，因為反拍是以手肘為中心，球要靠近身體一些些，前手臂才往前打。球拍儘量面向球來的方向，往目標揮，向前力量要足，才能咬住球。
129。揮拍主要是碰撞和抽拉（磨擦），以前喜歡抽拉，現在倒是喜歡碰撞，因為喜歡聽碰撞的響聲，這種聲音越大越震撼人心。
